Caltech Management Association (CMA)

CMA is sponsoring an exclusive tour of SpaceX (www.spacex.com), which, in less than a decade, has developed and successfully flown two new launch vehicles. The company has recently announced even greater launch and crew-to-orbit capabilities and also aims to establish a new paradigm with much lower launch costs.

This event is free, but open only to CMA members, who will be selected by lottery because of space limitations. Those chosen for the tour may each bring one guest. To enter the lottery, please complete the registration form at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SpaceXTour by June 15. To become a CMA member, follow the instructions at the URL listed at the end of this email. Once you have become a member, you can register for the lottery.

Information about security, transportation, parking, and other pertinent matters will be provided once the tour participants have been selected. For more information, e-mail cma.announce@jpl.nasa.gov or call Debbi K. Swanson Patrick, (626) 395-6286.

Your membership in CMA is what inspires us to bring great speakers and events to Caltech (Campus and JPL). If you enjoy attending these events, please support CMA so we can continue to provide the best in thought-provoking engagements. Membership is open to all active and retired employees of Caltech and to contract employees as affiliate members. See http://cma.jpl.nasa.gov for more information about our mission.

Join now or renew your membership for FY 2011 at http://cma.jpl.nasa.gov/membership.html.
