Microwave Research Activities at Chalmers University of Technology

^^Abstract^^
The Microwave Electronics Laboratory at Chalmers employs around 50 people, whereof 50% senior researchers and 50% Ph.D. students. Beside our traditional work on semiconductor devices and circuits, we also demonstrate system-oriented results for future communication systems and remote sensing. Most of our work is project-oriented together with other universities, companies and institutes. In my talk I will give examples of research conducted on high-efficiency power amplifiers, GaN HEMT MMIC design, low phase-noise integrated oscillators, Graphene, THz components, and cryogenic ultra-low noise amplifiers.
