SoCal Astrophysics Decadal Survey Townhall meeting

Among the activities leading into the Astronomy and Astrophysics Decadal Survey, the NAS's Board on Physics and Astronomy is fostering a series of community town halls around the country*. As part of this enterprise, the Southern California Town Hall Meeting
will be held at UCLA on Friday, April 24, and we encourage you and your colleagues to attend.

The meeting will be held from 10 to 3 in order to give people from around the area time to arrive. A modest lunch will be provided.

For logistics and registration, please have a look at

A draft of the agenda and of the discussion points is posted on that site, and we welcome additional suggestions for timely topics relevant to this forum. If you have suggestions or questions, please contact Mark Morris (<a href=morris@astro.ucla.edu>morris@astro.ucla.edu</a>).

We look forward to seeing many of you there. Please let us know if you are coming by contacting me or by registering online, if the registration link is operating.
